Wednesday wishlist!!

Greetings to all fab friends from a super-windy Cape Town!! Today,to my utter delight, I found out that a new Missoni Hotel will be opening in Cape Town next year!! All for the 2010 world cup soccer!! Yay,yay,yay ...I have always been a major Missoni fan! The vibrant colours and bold,graphic prints just really puts me in a happy place!! And I am in desperate need of their stunning home accessories range!

Anyone else for some Missoni madness??

TUESDAY TREAT!!

Ooohh..this would surely be a treat at any tea party!! The tea cup and saucer are simply "to-die-for" and who wouldn't love the yummy-looking daisy cookie!! Super-sweet!!

GIRLY NIGHT PLEASE!!

Hey all!! I'm sure you will agree with me when I say that light-blue,skinny jeans and lovely pink manicured nails do NOT mix with car parts and grease!! Yip...that is how I spent my afternoon!! Stuck with a flat car battery and no hunks to the rescue, I had to deal with this little issue(actually in my books it would be classified as a major drama!!) all by myself!!



Anyway I survived... and with only one broken nail!! But now I am in serious need of some girly time!!


First on the menu would be a pampering session!! Love these shower caps!! Pretty pretty!!

And then just chill out with some vino and a good book in a comfy corner...mmm can't wait!!

Flower power!!

Someone actually told me this weekend that during a recession people are far more likely to take a shopping list to the shops and then stick to it!! And seriously...they only buy what's on the list!! How do they do that??

I ventured out on Saturday morning,'since I needed a couple of basic thingies like sugar and coffee etc. and came home with fab,grey leather boots( they were on special!!) very funky studded heels, Max factor false lash effect mascara, a lovely floral top, a couple of pretty,floral bangles and SUPER expensive eye-cream(the sales assistant told me it has botox in and apparently i need it...!!!)

So,I say ditch the list!! You only live once!!

Oh what a morning...I have just rolled out of my bed and am busy getting ready for some wine and sunshine!! Yip,it is national braai/barbecue day in South Africa!! Ahh it's going to be heaven just relaxing with friends and family!! And outdoor entertaining always needs a bit of fabness!! Happy day to all my friends and followers xx

Wow...midweek already and since tomorrow is a public holiday in South Africa, I will definitely be painting the town red tonight!!!! Now all I need is a pair of ruby-red, blingy heels like the awesome ones some of the top designers have designed for the 70 year anniversary of the classic movie "The wizard of Oz"!!

Hey all!! Hope you are all having a fab Tuesday! Mine has been pretty good so far,except for my relentless craving for cookies all day long! I've had strawberry whirls ,choc chip and some nutty ones,but I am still in need of the perfect one!! Hmmmm...strawberries!!

Tonight I am enjoying sweet ,succulent strawberries with a hint of balsamic on a big scoop of vanilla ice-cream!! Yum!!! I loooove strawberries!!These strawberry plates are just great for a fab spring picnic!!
